- Damage if vehicle was driven under influence of alcohol/drugs, or by a driver without a valid licence — claim will be rejected.
- Use of vehicles outside the policy’s permitted use or geographical area (e.g., using commercial‑vehicle cover for improper use or outside covered region) — excluded.
- Consequential losses such as loss of business income, earnings, or other indirect losses resulting from accident/repair downtime — not covered.
- Damage due to war, nuclear risks, war‑like situations or terrorism (unless explicitly covered) — excluded.
